Over the past couple of months I've been working with the girls from RAD Architecture to create imagery that showcases the amazing work they've done with some of Calgary's best restaurants and watering holes like The National, Double Zero, Clive Burger, and Model Milk. If you've ever sat in one of these spaces, you'll know what I'm talking about when I say they do awesome work, and so when it came time to photograph the girls themselves we wanted to keep the feel of the photos true to who they are as creatives. Uniquities is an amazing store in Calgary that the girls buy a lot of custom pieces from for the spaces they design, so shooting there was a perfect fit, and the owners were extremely gracious in allowing us free run of the place. I built 3 different sets, starting the imagery lighter, and gradually moving darker for different moods, much like the spaces they design.
Voila. Have a favorite? Let me know.
