So those of you who follow along via Twitter or Facebook may have heard me say a few days ago that I had done a shoot where I kicked a boatload of photographic ass, and well, these photos are what I was talking about. The shoot was the kind of shoot where I got to play around a lot, going from controlling everything with studio light, to using it to highlight with a combination of ambient, to not using it at all (or as I like to think of it, going from giving the sun the finger to giving it a high-5). These are just a few of my fav’s from the shoot, more to follow from the edgy family photos we did previous to this with Kiya’s younger brother the mix, and that’s all I really have to say for now.
